A quick breakfast consisting of a slice of toast and an egg is named because it resembles a fire cloud. The crispy toast base and the candy-hearted eggs are great!

Fire Cloud Toast

1. Prepare the ingredients needed for the fired cloud toast

2. Separate the white and yolk of the egg

3. Add about 5 grams of white sugar to the egg white

4. Beat the egg white liquid until hard foaming, then preheat the oven to 150 degrees

5. Put the toast in the baking tray

6. Scoop in the egg white paste, make a good shape, dig a small hole in the middle to leave the egg yolk position

7. Place the egg yolk

8. Put the shaped toast into the pre-heated oven, and bake the middle layer at 140-150 degrees for 13-15 minutes. Observe that the egg whites are baked until golden brown.

Tips:

Depending on the individual oven’s firepower, the required temperature may vary.
