Fire Cloud Toast

Prepare the ingredients needed for the fired cloud toast

Separate the white and yolk of the egg

Add about 5 grams of white sugar to the egg white

Beat the egg white liquid until hard foaming, then preheat the oven to 150 degrees

Put the toast in the baking tray
