Fish Ball Soup

Under the fish fillet.

Put the fish in and beat it into a puree with a food processor. Don't put too much at one time.

Add egg white, add salt, white pepper, chicken essence, sesame oil and stir well.

Shred the green onion and ginger, pour in boiling water, brew into green onion and ginger water, cool and set aside.

Cool the green onion and ginger in the water, slowly add the minced fish, stirring in one direction while pouring. Fish meat is not like pork, it is not so absorbent, just add it slowly.

According to the thin consistency, add a little starch and stir evenly.

Grip the meat with your hands, let the minced meat squeeze out of the tiger’s mouth to form a round fish ball, and dig into the boiling water with a spoon.

Put the green onion and ginger in the pot, bring the water to a boil, slowly dig out the fish balls one by one and put them in.

Fish balls are easy to cook, so basically put in the last one, just a little time. Add salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil to taste, and sprinkle with coriander when it comes out of the pan.
