Fish Every Year-tomato Fish Soup

Take the black fish out of the viscera, clean it and cut it into pieces for later use. Wash the tomato and cut into small pieces for later use.

Heat the pan and pour cold oil into the ginger slices

Add the sliced black fish and stir fry until the fish is white. Remove and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot and stir-fry the small pieces of tomatoes to get the water out

Pour in the right amount of water

Put the sautéed tomatoes and fish in the soup pot and simmer for 20 minutes

When the soup is simmered and milky white, pour in tomato sauce, salt and sugar for seasoning and it can be out of the pot
Tips:
1. The pot must be heated completely, then pour the oil into the ginger slices, and wipe the ginger slices evenly around the pot with a spatula to ensure that it will not stick.
2. Don't cut the fish into small pieces or it's easy to loose. The fish head can be put in the pot and boiled together to taste more delicious.
