Fish Fillets in Scallion Oil
1.
One piece of grass carp becomes a piece. When I buy fish at the market, I let the fish seller give it to him.
2.
Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, chicken powder, and pepper to mix, add a little sesame oil and 1 egg white and then mix well. Then add a little starch and let it stand for half an hour.
3.
Cut 1/4 of the red pepper and green pepper into thin strips, cut the ginger and green onion into thin strips, and cut the remaining green onions into the green onions.
4.
Pour enough water into the pot, heat it to about 50 degrees Celsius, reduce the heat, and use chopsticks to hold the fish fillets one by one and add them to the pot.
5.
After all the fillets are placed, turn to medium heat, bring the water to a boil, and turn off the heat. Remove the fish fillets and drain the water.
6.
Spread shredded ginger, green onion, and green and red pepper on the fish fillets.
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, pour the shallots into medium heat, stir the shallots, and turn off the heat. Don't go to the onion.
8.
Drizzle the scallion oil on the fish fillets.
9.
Pour an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce into the pot, heat it with the remaining heat in the pot, and then pour it on the fish fillets.
10.
It's ready to be served.
