Fish-flavored Spaghetti Bolognese
1.
Blanch the tomatoes with hot water and peel them.
2.
Dice tomatoes, garlic, and onions.
3.
Put water in the casserole and add the pasta after the water has boiled.
4.
The pasta is too long to get into the pot, don’t worry, wait for about 40 seconds, the pasta is soft, slowly pick it up with chopsticks, and it will all be in the pot.
5.
Cook for about 8 minutes, the pasta is obviously thicker, remove it, and some olive oil to prevent the noodles from clumping together.
6.
Put butter or olive oil in the pot, saute with garlic, add the lean meat filling, fry and change the color.
7.
Add onions and tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes come out of soup.
8.
Add fish sauce (10ML soy sauce, 10ML vinegar, 5ML cooking wine), which can be adjusted in advance. Add some tomato sauce, I didn't add any salt, and the taste is okay.
9.
Pour the fish-flavored sauce on the noodles or put the noodles in a pot and mix well.
