Fish Head and Fish Tail Shredded Tofu Soup

Clean the fish head and tail, and drain the water

Pour oil in the pot, when 60% hot, add the fish head and tail, and fry on both sides

Pour the cooking wine, add the green onion and ginger slices

Transfer the fish head and fish tail to the soup pot, pour some boiling water, cover the lid, and simmer for 15 minutes

Add the shredded tofu, add some salt, and cook for 5-10 minutes until the shredded tofu becomes soft

Before serving, sprinkle in appropriate amount of white pepper and coriander
Tips:
Fish head and fish tail are fried in yellow on both sides to remove fishy smell
