Fish soup is very nutritious, so you should drink more soup in winter.

Fish Head Soup

1. Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in the pan to heat up and fry them with clean fish heads. Fry them on both sides, remember to put some ginger slices.

2. Put the fried fish into the water

3. Bring to a boil, continue to boil on high heat

4. Put some green onions, add salt, and continue to cook for 15 minutes

5. Drink while it's hot
