Fish Head Soup

Wash the fish head clean.
2.
Cut the casserole and sliced ginger tofu.
3.
Put fried fish heads in the pan.
4.
The fried fish head turns yellow on both sides and comes out of the pan.
5.
It turns yellow soon enough to add water.
6.
If the soup becomes whitish, it can be simmered on a low fire.
7.
Put ginger slices and cooking wine in the casserole and put the salt out of the pot.
8.
Just put salt out of the pot.
