Fish Head Soup

Wash the fish head and control it dry

Heat the pan with a little oil and fry the skin side down

Soaked beans and fried golden brown
5.
Fill in boiling water

Add the right amount of salt, pepper and simmer for 5 minutes

Add vermicelli and simmer until soft
8.
Sprinkle coriander in a container
9.
Finished product
