Fish Head Soup

Prepare the crucian carp, 髽头, and coprinus comatus.

Put salt and cooking wine on the crucian carp.

Slice the ginger, knot the green onion, and smash the garlic.

Put oil in the pan, add ginger slices and deep fry.

Add the crucian carp and fry it on both sides.

After frying, pour boiling water into the pan, add green onions, ginger, and garlic.
