Fish Head Stewed Tofu

Marinate the fish head with salt, cooking wine and ginger slices.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Fry the fish head on both sides with a small amount of oil.

Pour in boiling water, the fish head is too big, only less than 2/3, put green onion and ginger slices.

Boil on high heat for about 15 minutes, remember to turn the fish head, the soup becomes milky white, and add tofu.

Boil for about 10 minutes, add salt, pepper, and chopped green onion to the pot.
Tips:
Because the head of the fish is too big and it turns in the middle, it looks bad. You can also cut it from the middle and fry it.
