Cut the tofu into 3cm cubes for later use.

Pour an appropriate amount of salad oil into the pot, turn on a low heat when the oil is hot, fry the fish head until golden brown on both sides, and then take it out.

Pour 1 liter of water into the pot, boil, and pour the water into the steaming bowl after the water boils.

Put tofu, fried fish head, green onion, sliced ginger and spinach in the steaming bowl one by one.

Adjust the Fangtai steamer to over-temperature steaming mode, 110 degrees, take it out after 30 minutes, sprinkle with coriander and eat.
