Fish Head Tofu Pot

Wash the fish head, cut open, add ginger shreds and marinate for a while

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the ginger first
3.
Add the fish head and fry until slightly yellow
4.
Add water, proper amount of cooking wine and salt to boil, low heat for 15 minutes

Then add the crushed tofu cubes
6.
Add fresh mint leaves and continue to cook for 10 minutes. Add the remaining salt to taste and it is ready to be served.
Tips:
Simmer it slowly, it's so fresh!
