I wanted to eat shrimps, so I went to the riverside wharf and strolled around. I didn't get the shrimp but bought a lively silver carp.

It is also a beautiful fish to clean up and refreshing. Even if it is silver carp, the fish in the river is really fresh.

I used a box of Knorr Soup Po, with only a little bit of pickled vegetable flavor, and a pot of delicious fish head tofu, which makes this early winter night warm and cozy.

Ingredients

1. Remove the gills of the fish head, clean it, and marinate for ten minutes with a little salt and cooking wine.

2. From the frying pan, add dried chili and ginger slices in turn and stir fragrant. Fry the fish head on both sides of the pot, then put it in the casserole.

3. Stir-fry the pickled vegetables until fragrant.

4. Fish head, pickled vegetables, tofu are put in a casserole. Add water to completely submerge the ingredients.

5. Put a piece of Knorr Soup Po in the pot, the thick soup tastes delicious.

6. I use pork bone soup flavor, put it in a casserole and simmer for about an hour, and it's done.

Tips:

Nagging: Use cold water to cook fish head tofu. Add enough water at one time to avoid adding water in the middle.
