Fish Head Tofu Pot

Remove the gills of the fish head, clean it, and marinate for ten minutes with a little salt and cooking wine.

From the frying pan, add dried chili and ginger slices in turn and stir fragrant. Fry the fish head on both sides of the pot, then put it in the casserole.

Stir-fry the pickled vegetables until fragrant.

Fish head, pickled vegetables, tofu are put in a casserole. Add water to completely submerge the ingredients.

Put a piece of Knorr Soup Po in the pot, the thick soup tastes delicious.

I use pork bone soup flavor, put it in a casserole and simmer for about an hour, and it's done.
Tips:
Nagging: Use cold water to cook fish head tofu. Add enough water at one time to avoid adding water in the middle.
