Fish Maw and Sydney Stew Soup
1.
Wash the lean meat with hot water;

Cut into small pieces;
3.
Two Sydney
4.
A pack of fresh lilies;
5.
Two flower gums;
6.
Peel the Sydney pear, remove the pit, wash and cut into pieces; soak the flower gum and cut into small pieces; wash and break the lily;
7.
Put part of the Sydney pear and flower maw into the stewing pot;
8.
Put on lean meat;
9.
Put another part of Sydney flower gum and lily;
10.
Pour two bowls of water;
11.
Cover and stew in water for 2 hours;
12.
Simmer and enjoy slowly.
