Fish Roe and Egg Toast

Wash the mushrooms and slice them, put olives in a pan and fry them for later use (I use an electric baking pan)

Cut the toast slices into small squares, beat the eggs and season with a little salt, evenly coat the toast slices with egg liquid, and fry them in an electric baking pan until golden on both sides
3.
Prepare the ingredients, put the mushroom slices and fish roe on the egg toast
