Fish Stew with Edamame

Cut the big head fish into pieces, wash it in dry water, sprinkle some salt and set aside for a while

Put oil in the pan and fry the fish a little bit on both sides

Wash the beans and dry the water

Cut coriander and green onions into sections

The fish is fried and then fried with ginger slices and beans, light soy sauce, salt and sugar.
