I was very busy before the Mid-Autumn Festival. I didn’t have time to make mooncakes until the National Day. I made simple five-core fillings. I tried to make biscuits with some of the fillings. I didn’t expect it tasted good~

Five-core Biscuits

1. Cut butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature

2. Add sugar and egg liquid in two portions, and beat

3. Dispense until white and fluffy

4. Add the five-core filling and mix well

5. Sift in low-gluten flour

6. Cut and mix evenly

7. Divide evenly into small balls and put on the baking tray

8. Use a fork to gently press out the texture

9. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, the upper and lower heat of the middle layer, observe the color for about 20 minutes

10. Let cool after baking.

Tips:

Wuren can be adjusted according to your own preferences, and the weight of the dried fruit can be converted into the same amount.
