Here are soybeans, black beans, barley, millet and sorghum rice

Wash the shallots, drain the water, cut into chopped green onions, add 2 grams of salt to the flour and mix well

Pour the ground five-grain soy milk into the flour while it is hot, mix well, knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it stand for 20 minutes (I use a heated wall breaker)

Add 5 grams of salt and 10 grams of oil to the shallots and mix well

Tips:
