Five Minutes Steamed Eggs
1.
4 eggs, 1 sweet potato. Eggs just taken out of the refrigerator won’t work, they must be at room temperature.
2.
Put 200mL of water under the pressure cooker, and put a curtain (I bought the curtain myself, and most supermarkets have it). Wash eggs at room temperature, wash and cut sweet potatoes. It can also be cut into 4 portions or thick slices.
3.
Cover the pressure cooker and set it to work for five minutes.
4.
There is a power outage after five minutes, and it will take another two minutes for the spool to lower. I was surprised when I opened the pot, and the eggs were cooked. The sweet potatoes are ready. Put the eggs in cold water immediately and peel the sweet potatoes.
5.
Yesterday, cut open and have a look.
6.
There are also sweet potatoes peeled and cut open. Okay.
7.
I also want to tell you that you can put potatoes, yams, eggplants, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, etc. in the pressure cooker. The steamed eggplants and pumpkin pie I made the other day were cooked in this way. It only takes five minutes, don't you try?
