Five Spice Sauce Pork

1. The pork knuckle allows the seller to help remove the big bones.

2. Tie up the elbows with cotton thread.

3. Boil the tied elbows.

4. Put the salt-sweet noodle sauce on the elbow.

5. Apply evenly.

6. Put it in a fresh-keeping bag and marinate for 1 day.

7. Put the marinated knuckles into the pressure cooker and add the auxiliary ingredients.

8. Pour in the old soup and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes.

9. Close the lid and press for 40 minutes.

10. Turn off the heat without opening the lid, simmer and marinate for one day.

11. Add sliced cucumber and garlic vinegar light soy sauce.

Tips:

Nagging; Don’t pour out the soup for the elbow, you can continue to use it next time.
