Ingredients

1. Prepare materials.

2. Sake, soy sauce, brown sugar, and mirin are cooked in a pot for 2-3 minutes.

3. Tofu use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.

4. Heat in a thick-bottomed pot without oil. Bake the tofu until light brown, then serve.

5. Cut the tofu into large pieces.

6. All materials are cut with a knife.

7. Put the beef in a hot pan, fry the beef until the color changes, then serve.

8. Put the other ingredients except the green onions into the pot, drizzle with the previous sauce, close the lid, and simmer for 2-3 minutes

9. Add the green onions and beef and continue to simmer for 2-3 minutes [Do not put the beef with the konjac shreds].
