Because my family eats less spicy, this flavored chicken sauce and chili noodles are usually not eaten in our family; this noodle is a friend who came to my house for dinner a few days ago. When I prepared the staple food, my friend said that he likes to eat chili noodles, so Just prepared this flavored chicken sauce chili noodles.

Ingredients

Flavored Chicken Sauce and Chili Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients needed to make noodles

2. Chopped chives into chopped green onions

3. Carrot shreds

4. Blanch the shredded carrots in a pot

5. The blanched shredded radish is taken out to cool

6. Remove the carrot shreds and add the noodles

7. Take the cooked noodles out of cold water

8. Cucumber grated hot bowl bottom

9. Put the noodles and carrots into a bowl under water

10. Add 2 tablespoons of broth to half a tablespoon of salt, mix until the salt melts, and evenly pour on the noodles

Tips:

1. Friends who do not like spicy can change the sauce to their favorite sauce
2. The water used for overcooling is preferably cold boiled water that is cold in advance
3. The broth cooked by yourself is fresher, and the sauce itself is also fragrant, so you don’t need to add other seasonings
