Flavored Grilled Tofu

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into 8mm thin slices.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush a layer of cooking oil.

Add appropriate amount of water to the marinade and mix thoroughly. Dip each piece of tofu with the marinade.

Arrange evenly on the baking tray, and pour a layer of cooking oil on the surface.

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

Take out and brush a layer of cooking oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives, and bake for 5 minutes.
