The flavored fried squid is actually similar to the sizzling squid. It's just different in practice and seasoning. No matter what you do, you will be snatched up as soon as you go to the table. Absolutely delicious!

Flavored Squid

1. A fresh squid, peeled and guts removed, choose to wash.

2. Shred the onion, slice the ginger, and set aside with the peppercorns.

3. Put the squid into the soup bowl, add ginger, peppercorns, shredded onion, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, pepper, and mix well. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.

4. Heat the wok with oil, add the marinated squid and fry it until it's ready.

5. The squid must be fried together, flipping while frying.

6. Remove the fried squid and drain the oil.

7. Wash the lettuce and put it on the bottom of the plate.

8. Put the squid on the cutting board and cut into even circles.

9. The squid must be cut one by one.

10. Place them on the lettuce evenly and orderly.

Tips:

Squid must be cleaned, especially the belly must be turned over to clean up the debris. \nIf time permits, you can marinate for more time, which will be more flavorful. \nIf you like a stronger taste, you can cook the sauce and pour it on it.
