Flax Seed Vinaigrette with Ice Grass

Prepare ingredients: 250 grams of ice grass, Glinnoll linseed oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, and vinegar.

First, clean the ice grass, break the long and short ones, and dry the water for later use.

Take a small bowl and add 20 ml of flaxseed oil.

Add another 15 ml of vinegar.

Add 2 grams of salt.

Then add 5 grams of sugar.

Finally, grind some black pepper into it, and stir the vinaigrette with chopsticks.

Arrange the dried ice grass on a plate, then pour it with oil and vinegar sauce and mix well before serving.
