Many people know that I love to make biscuits. This is my pleasure. You can see more clearly and do better when you are obsessed with something. Thin and crisp biscuits need a tarp, and the crispy taste is more suitable for snacks. I buy a lot of flaxseeds. In addition to soy milk, I also like to add them to biscuits.

Flaxseed Crisp

1. Cut the butter into small pieces and put it in a basin to melt the water into a liquid.

2. Add the caster sugar while it's hot

3. Stir it into a homogeneous liquid

4. Add milk

5. Stir well

6. Sift in low-gluten flour

7. Stir with a spatula

8. Stir into the state as shown in the picture

9. Add flaxseed

10. Continue to mix into a uniform batter

11. Spread a high-temperature tarp on the baking tray, and use a small spoon to scoop some batter onto the tarp (the same size will do, I put 9 in a pan)

12. Prepare a bowl of water

13. Dip the back of a small spoon with water to spread the batter

14. As thin as possible

15. The oven opens up and down fire + hot air circulation mode. Preheating 160 degrees, baking time is 10 minutes (put into the second to last floor of the oven)

16. Baking is complete

Tips:

1. You can use sesame seeds without flaxseeds, and you can't wash flaxseeds with water;
2. I use a baking tray, if it is a grilling net, you can lower the temperature by ten degrees.
