Tips:
Different brands of flour have different water absorption. Pumpkin puree has a large water content, so add it as appropriate. The filling can be replaced with red bean paste, coconut paste and the like as you like. When the weather is cold, the dough will not rise well. You can put a baking sheet on the lower layer of the oven and pour hot water into the baking sheet to help the dough rise faster.
