Flower Biscuits
1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
Cut the butter into small pieces, soften at room temperature, add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy
3.
Pour the egg liquid into the butter two to three times, and stir evenly with a whisk
4.
Sift in low-gluten flour
5.
Stir it with a rubber knife until there is no powder
6.
Use a kneading pin to squeeze the dough into about 2mm, and use the bottle cap to press out small round pieces (the oven starts to preheat to 190 degrees)
7.
Wrap the six discs in a circle (as shown in the picture) (I used seven petals for the first time, but it still feels more beautiful when stacked with six)
8.
When folded, leave a little space in the center because the biscuits will expand during the baking process
9.
Put the flowers in the baking tray one by one
10.
Sprinkle some bakeable colored sugar in the center of the flower for decoration, put it into the oven, 190 degrees for about 10-12 minutes (according to the temper of your own oven, bake it until the lace is slightly yellow)
