Tips:
1. The black sesame filling is made in advance, and you can eat it many times once you make it; of course, you can also replace it with red bean paste or other fillings you like.
2. Adding corn flour is to adjust the taste, enrich the taste and increase nutrition; if not, you can use all ordinary flour, but you should also add more water, usually the ratio of water to flour is about 1:2.
3. In hot weather, people can make noodles with machines a lot more easily; if you don't have machines, just knead it by hand. It's also good to lose weight.
4. The prepared Hanamaki raw embryo must be proofed a second time, and after steaming, it needs to be simmered for 3 to 5 minutes before opening the lid, so that it will be full and not collapse.
