In the middle seeding method, put milk, cream, 20 grams of egg liquid, 2 grams of yeast, 7 grams of sugar and high powder into the bucket of the bread machine in the order of liquid first and then powder.

Knead into dough

Put it in a fresh-keeping bag for room temperature fermentation or refrigerated fermentation to 2.5 times the size (the bread made by refrigerated fermentation is softer than room temperature fermentation)

Put 20 grams of egg liquid, 38 grams of sugar, 3.3 grams of salt, 1 gram of yeast, and mother milk powder into the bucket of the bread machine, tear up small pieces of the fermented dough and put it into the bucket of the bread machine, start the dough mixing program and knead the dough

The dough is kneaded to the expansion stage by adding butter

Knead the dough to a large firm film

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts

Put a bowl of hot water in the oven to keep the humidity, close the door for shaping and fermentation
