I often have friends asking me how to make delicious bread, but it’s actually very simple as long as you master the following points. I usually use a bread machine to knead the dough and bake it in the oven. First use the bread machine and press the start button to knead all the ingredients (except the butter and salt) together for ten minutes, and press the stop button to knead the butter and salt for ten minutes. Enough. A friend said that she didn't get the fascia after rubbing for 40 to 50 minutes, so I got everything done in 20 minutes. Then ferment to twice the size, and the second fermentation for spheronization and air shaping is also twice as large. Each time the proofing must be proofed in place, only then can a good bread be baked.

Take it out and put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven to the fermentation stall for fermentation to double its size.

Tips:

1. The water absorption is different for different flours, so you can add a little bit if you don't master it.
2. The temperature of the oven is also different for each oven. Only by mastering the temperature of the oven can you bake good bread.
3. The dough must be proofed in place when it is fermented. Only after proofing can you bake soft bread.
