Flower Bread

Put all the ingredients (except butter and salt) into the bread machine and knead for ten minutes, then put butter and salt and knead for ten minutes. Take it out and put it in a basin, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the oven to the fermentation stall for fermentation to double its size.

The fermented dough is rounded and relaxed for ten minutes.

Divide the dough into evenly-sized doughs and round and relax them again.

Put a plate of hot water on the oven bottom plate, put the dough into an 8-inch mold for the second fermentation to double its size.

Preheat the middle layer of the oven at 160 degrees for 18-20 minutes until the surface is golden.
Tips:
1. The water absorption is different for different flours, so you can add a little bit if you don't master it.
2. The temperature of the oven is also different for each oven. Only by mastering the temperature of the oven can you bake good bread.
3. The dough must be proofed in place when it is fermented. Only after proofing can you bake soft bread.
