1. Weigh the materials for later use.

3. Pour high flour.

4. Put yeast powder in the small hole in the middle. (Avoid direct contact of yeast and salt to affect activity)

20. Preheat the oven well in advance: the upper 170 degrees, the lower 160 degrees, put the middle and lower layers, and bake for 20 minutes.

Tips:

Please adjust the temperature of different ovens. It is recommended to reserve 10 grams of pure milk for the liquid part, and add as appropriate depending on the water absorption of the dough.
