There is no need for fondant molds, no too much material, and a simple method can also make different fondant florets. The cupcakes use the sponge cake method, and the cake part refers to my previous recipe (Sponge Cupcake Beginner's Edition). It is not easy to collapse, and the taste is delicate and soft! Because I don’t like too sweet, I also try to reduce the amount of sugar when making fondant, so the cupcakes are covered with purple potato mash, which is simple and easy to make without losing the beauty~~~~"

Flower Fondant Cupcakes

1. Prepare cupcakes, mashed purple sweet potatoes, and a decorating mouth. If there is no decorating mouth, you can cut it with a smaller circle at home.

Tips:

The purple potato mash contains water, so there is no need to stick it with water when putting fondant flowers. When making the fondant, put it in the plastic wrap, use a little and take a little, otherwise it will dry out quickly. If your hands are sticky, use white oil to prevent sticking. If there is no white oil, you can use olive oil or lard instead.
