1. Put all the bread ingredients into the bread machine and start the fermentation function to prepare the filling.

6. Put everything in the oven for second fermentation, put a pot of hot water underneath, 20 minutes is good, the dough will be sour if it is too overheated, the heat will be 160/low 180, bake for 18 minutes, your oven will bake when the temperature is low 20 minutes

Tips:

Eat as soon as you're done, otherwise the family won’t be enough to make different fillings for the small rolls. It’s a pleasant surprise to eat 6 rolls at once.
