Fluffy Buns

Put all the bread ingredients into the bread machine and start the fermentation function to prepare the filling.

Add whatever you like. I made small rolls and liked various fillings. I added all of them and diced them.

When the dough is ready, take it out and knead to exhaust

Cut into ingredients, add a little flour if you feel it touches your hands, don’t add too much, the dough will dry

Flatten, spread the filling, roll it up and it's OK

Put everything in the oven for second fermentation, put a pot of hot water underneath, 20 minutes is good, the dough will be sour if it is too overheated, the heat will be 160/low 180, bake for 18 minutes, your oven will bake when the temperature is low 20 minutes

Eat immediately after baking, soft bread, hot cheese, absolutely nothing

The remaining dough can make two large breads
Tips:
Eat as soon as you're done, otherwise the family won’t be enough to make different fillings for the small rolls. It’s a pleasant surprise to eat 6 rolls at once.
