Fluffy Mushroom Pizza (second Edition)

Put all the dough materials into the bucket of the bread machine, select the pizza dough program and start it.

The filling is handled when the bread maker kneads the dough.

Shred peppers, sliced mushrooms, green peas and sweet corn, boil them, put these vegetables with high water content on a baking tray, and sprinkle some salt on the surface to taste. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tips:
1. My soy milk is made with Dongling Fruit Soy Milk Machine, which has a heating function. If there is no heating function, it must be boiled before consumption.
2. The mozzarella I use is Anjia, and the drawing is pretty good.
3. Seasonal vegetables must be roasted beforehand, otherwise the pizza will be very wet.
4. The filling ingredients can be changed at will, as long as you like.
