Fluffy Tortilla

Ingredients: 95g whipped cream, 2 eggs, 120g low powder, 2g salt, 30g powdered sugar, 6g fresh yeast, 50g cooked corn kernels, moderate amount of butter.

Pour eggs, butter, sugar, fresh yeast, and salt into a large bowl and mix well.

Add flour to make a uniform batter.

Add the chopped corn kernels.

Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator to ferment overnight.

The batter rose.

Preheat the electric baking pan.

Spread butter on the bottom plate, scoop the fermented batter directly into the electric baking pan with a spoon.

Close the lid and heat for 3-5 minutes.

Uncover, the surface solidifies.

Tips:
1. The amount of sugar can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
2. The heating time needs to be adjusted according to the amount of batter and the firepower of the electric baking pan.
3. It can be directly fried in a frying pan without an electric baking pan.
