Add a spoonful of black tempeh.
6.
Add 2 tablespoons of chopped pepper.
7.
Put it in a steamer and steam it on high heat for about 15 minutes.
8.
Cut the shallots and spread them on the steamed ribs, and cut the chilies into small flowers with scissors for decoration.
9.
Heat the pot with a little oil, heat it and pour it over the chives, chopped peppers and tempeh.
Tips:
1. My chopped peppers are not spicy at all, so babies can eat them too! If you like spicy, add a little hot pepper and mix it.
2. Cook the ribs first, first it can be cleaner; second, it can be salty.
3. Both tempeh and chopped pepper are salty, please don't add other seasonings.
