[flying Birds and Beasts]-bean Melon Soup

1. Prepare soybeans, bitter gourd and pork bones.

2. In a pot under cold water, wash the pork and soybeans and simmer them over high heat. Turn to low heat and simmer until the bones taste and the soup base is slightly white.

3. Remove the seeds of bitter gourd and cut into pieces, and transfer to the casserole.

4. After the soup base is boiling, add an appropriate amount of fine salt.
