Flying Pie Crust Durian Crisp

Prepare the ingredients and press the durian meat into puree for later use;

Cut the flying cake crust (puff pastry) into small cubes, like wonton crust;
3.
Put the durian fruit puree in the center of the flying cake crust, fold the crust obliquely in half, wrap tightly, take a fork and gently press the lace;
4.
Brush a layer of egg liquid on the wrapped durian crisp;
5.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, then put the durian pastry in the oven for 20 minutes.
