Add fine sugar to the eggs and beat until foamy

Sift in low-gluten flour and salt, mix well

Slowly add the milk and whipped cream mixture

Spread softer butter (about 6g) on the inside of the baking bowl

Then put the dried prunes soaked in rum (the dried prunes are soaked in rum for 1 night)

Put the remaining butter in a small pot and heat it to brown (coked butter). Filter the coked butter to remove excess impurities, and pour it evenly on the batter

Preheat the oven at 190°C for 10 minutes, put the baking bowl into the middle layer, and bake at 190°C for 55 minutes

After 30 minutes, it starts to swell

After 55 minutes, turn the oven on to 200 degrees, and bake for another 5 minutes until the skin is golden brown. Take it out to cool and start eating, or put it in the refrigerator for better flavor.
