Fondant Christmas Gingerbread

It's cold, the butter should be melted in water and then add icing sugar to beat

Add eggs in portions and beat

Add the sifted low flour, ginger powder and baking powder and mix well

Use cutting and mixing method to make dough

Flatten and put in a fresh-keeping bag and put it in the refrigerator to relax for 3 hours

Take out the dough and roll it into 1.5cm thin slices and cut out the shape with a mold

Place the prepared biscuit dough on the baking tray, put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 15-20 minutes

Take out and let cool

Cut the fondant cream of various colors into biscuit shapes, decorate and serve
