Four Flavor Orange Peel
1.
Wash one orange
2.
Prepare seasonings (vinegar, soy sauce, honey)
3.
Divide the orange into four and peel off the orange peel
4.
Soak the orange peel in boiling water (this step is very important, to remove the extra bitterness of the orange peel) for half an hour.
5.
Rinse the soaked orange peel with clean water once and use a knife to cut it into chopped jasmine, and cut some ginger and garlic by the way.
6.
Put all the chopped jasmine in a large bowl, drizzle with dark soy sauce, drip a few drops of balsamic vinegar, add a teaspoon of honey and an appropriate amount of salt, mix well, and sprinkle a layer of chili powder on the surface.
7.
Put the vegetable oil on the wok and boil, then pour it on the chili powder, stir again, and a bowl of sweet, sour, bitter and spicy orange peel is ready.
Tips:
1. When choosing oranges, you must choose the rough skin, preferably with green leaves. (It's useless processed)
2. When soaking the orange peel in boiling water, it is best to use the yellow peel so that the bitterness of the orange peel can be fully soaked.
