Four Pieces of Braised Duck

Ingredients, four fresh ducks, washed and soaked in water

Remove after blanching

Put the ingredients in the boiling pot, add natural good water, add green onion, ginger, star anise, pepper, dried chili, cooking wine, salt and stew. You can also put in the ready-made brine bag bought in the supermarket to save trouble.
