Four Seasons Fa Cai Soup

1. Preparation materials: 250g soft tofu; 10g steamed vegetables; 1 egg; 1 edamame; half a carrot; 1 thick soup treasure; water starch and ginger.

2. Cut the soft tofu into cubes.

3. Wash the edamame and carrots and dice the carrots.

4. Beat the eggs into egg liquid.

5. Rinse the hair with warm water.

6. Put water and 1 teaspoon of salt in a pot and bring to a boil.

7. Pour in tofu diced blanched water.

8. Pour oil in a hot pan, add ginger and stir fragrant.

9. Pour in edamame and stir fragrant.

10. Pour in the diced carrots and stir fry.

11. Put in a large bowl of water and thick soup treasure.

12. Put in blanching water to make the tofu diced and boil.

13. Add the soaked fermented vegetables and cook for about 2 minutes.

14. Pour water and starch to thicken.

15. Pour in the beaten egg liquid and stir evenly, add a little sesame oil to turn off the heat and take it out of the pot.
