The oven is set to the fermentation level of 38 degrees. My oven is ACAGT400. You can directly pour water on the heating plate below to moisturize, ferment the bread dough to twice the size, and then brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with dried nuts. Tips:
Don’t make the cake roll too thick. I use 3 eggs, 4 eggs are fine, but it can’t be more.
