Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Lightly grease the cupcake pan with oil and put it in the paper cup.

Mix water, sugar, butter, cocoa powder and baking powder together and place in a saucepan. Heat slowly, keeping it in a non-boiling state until the sugar melts. When it starts to boil, turn to low heat and cook for 4 minutes. Then pour it into a large bowl and let it cool to room temperature (about 45 minutes).

Beat the eggs lightly. Then pour into the previous mixture and beat well. Add flour, mix and stir well. Pour into the baking tray and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick is inserted and pulled out without any crumbs. Take it out and let it stand to room temperature.
