# Fourth Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#five-colored Madeleine

Prepare the ingredients (my eggs are relatively small, I used 3, and the larger one can use 2 eggs)

Add eggs, milk, sugar and minced lemon to the container

Stir well and let stand for 10 minutes to let the lemon flavor blend in the egg liquid

Mix the baking powder and low powder evenly, and sieve into the egg liquid

Stir into a uniform batter, bite the butter in the microwave for about 1 minute to melt, add melted butter to the batter, and mix with the batter until it is bright and uniform

Divide the batter into 5 parts, put 4 parts into a small bowl, add various powders to color, and stir evenly

Put the colored batter into the Madeleine mold, and pour the original batter into the mold. Throw the mold on the table a few times to produce large bubbles. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees, and the middle layer for 20-25 minutes.

Take out the madeleine cake that has been tested and let it cool

Just demould
Tips:
1. The batter can be filled with 8 minutes
2. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes on the upper and lower fire middle layer, 20 minutes (my mold is deeper and larger, so the time is longer, and the shallower mold can be baked for about 12-15 minutes.)
