# Fourth Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival# Little Bear Bread
1.
Put the ingredients except butter in the bread bucket, first liquid, sugar, salt, then powder, yeast on the top, start the kneading process for 25 minutes
2.
Add butter and continue to knead for 20 minutes until the expansion stage
3.
Cover the kneaded noodles with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes
4.
The awake dough is divided into 6 pieces of 30 grams and 6 pieces of 18 grams. The large and the small ones are arranged neatly. Place them on a baking tray lined with greased paper. The distance is larger. Later, you will also put the bear's hands, feet and ears ( I put a lot of it here, it’s a bit squeezed, it’s about three on a baking tray)
5.
Put it in the oven, put a bowl of hot water in the bottom layer, ferment for 60 minutes
6.
The fermentation time is just right to make the bear's hands, feet and ears. Divide the extra dough into 36 pieces of 3 grams each, and cover with plastic wrap.
7.
Take out the fermented dough, put it on the hands, feet, and ears of the bear (I split it into two plates and bake it, otherwise it’s too squeezed)
8.
Put it into the preheated oven, 160 degrees, the upper and lower heat for 15 minutes
9.
Freshly baked bear buns, let cool
10.
The chocolate melts in the water. Use the melted chocolate to draw the eyes and nose of the bear to decorate it (because there is no chocolate pen, just use chopsticks to draw it, it is not refined enough, please ignore it)
11.
Soft and fragrant...

Tips:
1) At the moment of baking, when the surface of the bread is a little colored, it should be covered with tin foil to prevent the color from being too dark and affecting the appearance
2) The oven temperature should be adjusted appropriately according to your own oven temperature
3) Although this bread has only fermented once, it has a very soft texture and is equally delicious
