# Fourth Baking Contest and is Love to Eat Festival#peanut Butter Bread
1.
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine and mix.
2.
After kneading into a smooth dough, add butter and knead into a smooth and stretchable dough.
3.
Put your fingers in a warm place for basic fermentation (finger sticks in the flour, the fermentation is completed without rebounding or collapse. If the rebounding, the fermentation time is not enough, the collapse is too much)
4.
Take out the dough and divide it into six rounds. Cover with plastic wrap and let it stand for 15 minutes.
5.
Pack in peanut walnut butter.
6.
After closing, put it into a six-inch chiffon mold (if not, you can put tin foil directly in the frying basket)
7.
Put it in a warm place for final fermentation until it is twice as large and brush the egg mixture. Preheat the fryer for 5 minutes in advance, at 180 degrees.
8.
Select the egg tart button and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
9.
After baking for two or three minutes, cover the surface of the bread with tin foil
10.
After the bread is fully ripe, it is baked
11.
Enjoy the crunchy bread!
Tips:
1 As the top of the fryer is very close to the top of the bread, it should be covered with tin foil in time. You can often pull it out to observe the state.
2Bake the dough twice to make the surface color more beautiful.
